On Saturday night’s episode of AEW Collision, Ricky Starks opened the show and challenged Ricky Steamboat to a Strap Match at the All Out 2023 pay-per-view event, which takes place from the United Center in Chicago, IL on Sunday night.
While Ricky Steamboat came out and had Starks sign an official contract for their match, it was later revealed that it wouldn’t Steamboat he’d be facing. Instead, Starks will be facing off against Bryan Danielson. The match will be contested under “No DQ Strap Match” rules.
Danielson hasn’t been seen in action since breaking his arm at the AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door pay-per-view event earlier this year.
