Trish Stratus Comments On Not Being Booked On The WWE SummerSlam 2023 Card
For months now, Trish Stratus and Becky Lynch have been feuding on WWE television.
Prior to SummerSlam 2023 earlier this month, it was reported that WWE didn’t book the big blowoff match on the card because they would have been “severely limited” by time if it happened. That’s why WWE saved the steel cage match for this Saturday’s Payback 2023 pay-per-view event.
The WWE Hall of Famer was asked about missing out on performing at SummerSlam in a recent interview with the New York Post. She said,
“At the end of the day, as long as we deliver, as long as we leave the fans entertained, satisfied, Stratus-fied that’s what my goal is to come here and do the things we never got to do, show them something they’ve never [seen] before.”
