WATCH: Edge’s Theme Song “Metalingus” Played Prior To AEW All In 2023

WWE Hall of Famer Edge’s iconic theme song, “Metalingus” by Alter Bridge, was played at Wembley Stadium before AEW All In 2023 went on-air today. This follows speculation that Edge may be headed to All Elite Wrestling soon, following his WWE contract expiring at the end of September.

Edge had his last match under his current contract against Sheamus on SmackDown last week in Toronto. Whether he eventually does re-sign with WWE, makes a blockbuster jump to AEW, or decides to hang up his boots for good, remains to be seen.

Be that as it may, it’s safe to assume that “Metalingus” playing at Wembley Stadium today was no coincidence; whether it was a genuine tease or not shall become evident soon enough.
