Jim Ross On His Interview With Kenny Omega Tonight, Anthony Bowens’ Taco Bell Horror

On a recent edition of his “Grilling JR” podcast, AEW broadcaster Jim Ross discussed filming his sitdown interview with Kenny Omega airing tonight on AEW Dynamite: Fight for the Fallen.

Jim Ross on filming tonight’s interview with Kenny Omega: “I went to Daily’s Place, ironically. I hadn’t been to Daily’s Place in months and months, after being there for every week for seemingly forever during the COVID piece of business. We filmed the interview with Kenny Omega, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I love doing these sit-down interviews. It was just so refreshing and something different. We don’t have a script. We had an outline of things that we wanted to address, so that was really cool.”

His thoughts on the piece: “Then of course the obligatory bad guys made their presence felt on the empty stage there at Daily’s, and all hell broke loose. It was a real good piece of business. I was very pleased to be a part of it. I think the fans are going to thoroughly enjoy it, unless you don’t like seeing Kenny Omega get the shit beat out of him, and that’s exactly what happened. For those that haven’t seen it, I don’t want to spoil the surprise, but it’s worth going out of your way to make sure you see it because it was really compelling.”

AEW Dynamite: Fight for the Fallen is scheduled to air at 8:00 pm EST on TBS. The show will emanate from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee.

In an interview with Chrissy Chaos, AEW star Anthony Bowens discussed his worst experience with Taco Bell and why he never wishes to eat there again. Bowens said,

“Taco Bell is an absolute no for me. I will never eat Taco Bell again. My first time I slept over my boyfriend’s house, we had just been seeing each other, we got some Taco Bell, went back to his place, or his family’s place. Staying over for the first time, I’m like, ‘Oof, my stomach feels kind of weird.’ Then, it turned into me leaping up out of bed from right next to him, going right to the bathroom, and just unloading. He heard every sound, every grunt, every noise. Went back into bed, which is even worse, went right back to the bathroom and was like, ‘Michael, I’m sorry, I have to go home.’ I proceeded to go home and puke and shit myself at the same time. The most degrading thing was, I was so disgusted, I had to give the pair of underwear to my mom, who slowly reached her hand inside the bathroom door and pulled it out. Never again will I eat Taco Bell. I’m sorry if that’s a corporate sponsor of AEW.”
