NJPW G1 Climax 33 Tournament Winner Revealed

Tetsuya Naito won the New Japan Pro-Wrestling G1 Climax 33 Tournament on Sunday morning after Naito defeated Kazuchika Okada by using Destino on Okada.

Thanks to the victory, Naito now possesses the G1 briefcase, which entitles him to challenge the IWGP World Heavyweight Champion at Wrestle Kingdom 18 in January. SANDA is the current champion.

This was Naito’s third tournament victory and first in six years. With a 5-2 record, he won D Block. He then defeated Hikuleo in the quarterfinals, Will Ospreay in the semifinals, and Okada in the finals.
