WWE Still Planning To Launch NXT Europe

Last August, WWE announced NXT UK would be going on hiatus in September 2022 ahead of the reported launch of NXT Europe in 2023.

However, those plans are on hiatus as the company is about to be acquired by the Endeavor Group later this year with the plan to merge with the UFC to form a new company. 

Pwinsider reports that plans to launch NXT Europe are still on the docket, but those within WWE don’t expect anything to realistically move forward until early 2024, when the acquisition is made. 

Pwinsider was told the company has plans in mind for talents and coaches involved. Sha Samuels’ name bounced around as one of the Coaches.

The report added there will be a Performance Center for talents to train and the expectation is it will not be centered in London.
