Sting Injured On AEW Dynamite?, What Did He Say After The Show?

During the main event of this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Sting and Darby Allin faced off against Chris Jericho and Sammy Guevara in a winning effort. There was a crazy spot during the match where Sting dove off a ladder onto Chris Jericho who was positioned on two tables on the outside of the ring.

Following the show, Sting cut a promo for the live fans in attendance. The Icon revealed that he may have lost a tooth during the wild spot. Sting also repeated the “Thank you” and “You deserve it” chants that were being directed at him by the fans in attendance.

Sting went on to say that while he may need some stitches in his lip, it was all worth it. He thanked AEW President Tony Khan for allowing him to participate in the match and perform the spot. He also praised Darby Allin, saying he wouldn’t have made it as far as he did if he didn’t have Allin by his side. He called Allin “numero uno” among those he’s teamed up with throughout his career. The promo came to an end when he led the crowd in a loud “AEW” chant and thanked them again.
