Mia Yim has come to the defense of Shayna Baszler after a fan wrongly accused the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion of scamming her.
In a since-deleted tweet, the fan alleged that Baszler had scammed a friend of theirs for €200, equivalent to $215.
Responding, Yim claimed that the fan was the one scammed by a fake profile impersonating Baszler and branded them a stalker.
You got scammed. We know you are “the friend”. You’re a stalker. Get help. You got scammed by a fake Shayna and if you don’t believe it, keep losing $. Enough already. https://t.co/fmNjtK8Cjp

In addition to deleting the tweet, the fan would go on to delete their Twitter account.
There has been a lot of talk about scammers using fake profiles of wrestlers, with Mandy Rose warning fans of con artists in April of this year.
Baszler and Ronda Rousey will defend their WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles against NXT Women’s Tag Champions Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn in a title unification match next week.
