At the NJPW Dominion event on Sunday, Will Ospreay defeated Lance Archer in the finals of the IWGP US Title number one contender’s tournament.
With this win, Ospreay has earned a shot to challenge AEW’s Kenny Omega for the title.
Post-match, Ospreay cut a promo about how he was coming to regain a title he lost to Omega at Wrestle Kingdom at the upcoming AEW x NJPW: Forbidden Door 2 pay-per-view event on June 25.
