WWE’s Planned Date & Location For Live Event In India

As we previously reported here on eWn, WWE is planning a live event for India three months from now in September.

According to Sportskeeda, the live event will be held on Saturday, September 9 in Hyderabad.

The planned WWE live event in India for January was postponed because Indian TV broadcast partner Sony Six wanted to delay the show due to a merger with Zee Media. Sony Six wanted to hold the live event only after the merger was finalized.

The previous WWE live event that was postponed was also set to take place in Hyderabad. Due to WWE’s success in Telegu, there has been additional interest in exploring the Indian market.
