Carmelo Hayes Defeats Bron Breakker To Retain NXT Title At Battleground 2023

Carmelo Hayes and Bron Breakker went to war in the main event of the 2023 WWE NXT Battleground pay-per-view event. In the end, it was Hayes who came out on top to retain his NXT Championship. The finish of the match came when Hayes hit Breakker with his “Nothing But Net” finisher.

Hayes’ title run now stands at 58 days.
