Kerry Morton – ‘Dominik Mysterio Couldn’t Lace Up My Boots’

During a recent virtual signing with K & S WrestleFest, the legendary WWE Hall of Famer Ricky Morton, and his son, the reigning NWA World Junior Heavyweight Champion Kerry Morton touched on a variety of topics ahead of NWA’s Crockett Cup 2023.

When asked about the Judgement Day’s Dominik Mysterio (son of another WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio), Kerry said,

“Listen, tell Dominik Mysterio to find some wrestling boots that he can actually fit in to work this guy. That’s for sure. Dominik Mysterio couldn’t lace up my boots. Sorry buddy. Just the facts jack… Listen, when you’re a National Champion in cheerleading, a State Champion in wrestling, a State Champion in theatrics, what isn’t there I can’t do? What did Dominik Mysterio ever do? Who did he ever beat!? That’s the real question.”

Kerry and Ricky Morton will be teaming up for the Crockett Cup tournament during the National Wrestling Alliance’s two-day Crockett Cup pay-per-view event. The event will also see a new No. 1 Contender determined for Kerry’s NWA World Junior Heavyweight Championship.
