Adam Cole Expresses Excitement As Roderick Strong Signs With AEW

On a recent episode of the “Sports Guys Talking Wrestling” podcast, Adam Cole expressed his excitement over Roderick Strong signing with All Elite Wrestling. Lavishing praise on Strong, Cole also stated that based on his merits alone, he is a huge get for AEW. He said,

“Oh my God, I couldn’t be more excited (to have Roderick Strong in AEW). He’s one of my best friends in the entire world. He’s one of the best pound-for-pound in-ring pro wrestlers on the planet. To have Roddy Strong with us in AEW is not only a win for me but it’s a win for AEW.”

Roderick Strong made his debut on the April 26th episode of AEW Dynamite, by arriving to protect Adam Cole, Orange Cassidy, and Bandido from an ambush by the Jericho Appreciation Society. Both factions then had an eight-man tag team match, won by the babyfaces.
