After The Judgment Day began to interfere, Rey Mysterio alongside special guest LWO members Carlito and Savio Vega came out to even the odds. The babyface trio then took the fight to The Judgment Day.

The Backlash cameo marked Carlito’s first WWE appearance since working the men’s Royal Rumble match in 2021. Carlito also made a subsequent appearance on RAW the following night, teaming with Jeff Hardy to defeat Elias and Jaxson Ryker.

Savio Vega hasn’t been an active member of the WWE roster since the 1990s. He also appeared for The Undertaker’s final farewell at WWE Survivor Series 2020.

Vega and the rest of the LWO cornered Finn Balor, and Vega nailed him with some chops and his signature kick.

Following the match, Bad Bunny celebrated with Vega, Carlito, and the LWO.
