WWE News – Bad Bunny To Appear Next Week, Shawn Michaels Congratulates NXT Talents

WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels took to Twitter and congratulated the NXT Superstars who were drafted to the main WWE roster on last night’s SmackDown as part of the inaugural night of the 2023 WWE Draft. Michaels wrote,

“What an amazing night for the #WWEDraft and the #WWENXT roster! I’m so excited for our #WWENXT superstars as they move forward and forge their own path on #WWERAW & #SmackDown Congratulations to our champs @indi_hartwell, @wwe_alba, and @IslaDawn!”

Indi Hartwell’s onscreen WWE “husband,” Dexter Lumis was drafted to RAW earlier today during the supplemental draft. The Way, as well as Candice LeRae, were also drafted to remain on RAW. Other NXT Superstars who were drafted to the red brand include Apollo Crews, Zoey Stark, and JD McDonagh.

WWE announced on SmackDown that Bad Bunny will be hosting a Backlash press conference on Friday, May 5 at 12:00 PM EST for the event.
