CM Punk Recently Met With Chris Jericho – Details

As expected, there was a recent meeting between Chris Jericho and CM Punk ahead of Punk’s return to AEW in June for the launch of a new Saturday show, AEW Collision.

Fightful Select is reporting that “the meeting was relatively uneventful all things considered, and especially when taken into consideration the issues the two have had.”

When Punk first joined the promotion, Jericho approached Punk to establish that bygones are bygones, something that Punk replied in kind as long as they didn’t have issues going forward.

After the AEW All Out 2022 pay-per-view event, where Punk ripped several wrestlers at the media scrum and got into a backstage brawl, Jericho reportedly told him that he was a cancer to the locker room. Punk called Jericho a stooge during a recent Instagram post.

The meeting was said to have ended with them seemingly being able to work together without issue.
