Drew McIntyre will miss a few more weeks of action according to the latest report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
McIntyre hasn’t competed since WWE WrestleMania 39: Night Two where he unsuccessfully challenged for the Intercontinental Championship.
In the Observer, it is said that the Scottish Superstar will miss “at least the next few weeks” and isn’t being advertised for upcoming events.
McIntyre is not being advertised for the WWE SmackDown taping in Madison Square Garden on July 7.
The report adds that there has been no change in McIntyre’s contract dispute with WWE and that the two sides remain far apart on money.
McIntyre’s current WWE contract is set to expire by the end of this year.
