Dave Meltzer’s Star Ratings For WrestleMania 39 – Two Five-Star Matches

In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer disclosed his star ratings for WrestleMania 39. Each night saw one match get awarded the highly coveted five-star rating – the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship match between The Usos and Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens on Night 1, and the Intercontinental Championship match between Gunther, Sheamus and Drew McIntyre on Night 2. It is interesting to note that Sheamus and Gunther’s title match at Clash at the Castle was also awarded five stars by Meltzer.

Meanwhile, Rhea Ripley vs Charlotte Flair for the SmackDown Women’s Championship narrowly missed out on the perfect star rating.
