Drew McIntyre’s tenure with WWE could be ending this year unless the Scottish Warrior signs a new deal with the promotion.
After his 2014 release, McIntyre returned to WWE in 2017 and is a two-time former WWE Champion.
Pwinsider is reporting that McIntyre’s deal with WWE “is coming to an end, and the two sides haven’t come to terms on a new deal yet.”
Multiple sources confirmed that McIntyre’s deal is in its final year and that the two sides “aren’t even close” to a new deal.
Drew McIntyre will challenge Intercontinental Champion GUNTHER at WrestleMania 39 in a triple-threat match that will include Sheamus.
