Josh Alexander will give up the Impact Wrestling World Championship due to a torn triceps muscles injury that will need surgical treatment.
On Thursday night’s episode of IMPACT! on AXS TELEVISION, it was revealed that Alexander will be required to abandon the title and will be going through surgical treatment in the future.
