Cody Rhodes does not think his daddy would want to be ringside for the American Nightmare’s upcoming WrestleMania match with Roman Reigns.
Next weekend, Rhodes will challenge for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship in his very first WrestleMania centerpiece and the seventh for Reigns.
Appearing on “Stadium Astro,” Cody attended to why he does not believe his dad would remain in his corner if he was around today. He stated,
” I do not believe he would’ve wished to remain in my corner. I believe he would’ve wished to be someplace personal, someplace, you understand, where he might simply enjoy it. He actually had an excellent gratitude for what he did currently and anytime I attempted to drag him out to do something, he would do it for me due to the fact that he liked me.
” But likewise, he wished to bid farewell at the correct time, and I believe that’s why he liked lagging the scenes with what he did at ‘‘ NXT.'”
WWE WrestleMania 39 will happen on April 1, and April 2, at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, California.
