AEW President Tony Khan just recently participated in the funeral service of Jerry Jarrett, the daddy of WWE Hall of Famer Jeff Jarrett.
Khan, who functions as the head booker of AEW, identified the late Jerry Jarrett as the best booker of perpetuity. He tweeted:
“Today we commemorated the life and tradition of Jerry Jarrett, the famous promoter and wrestler + the best wrestling booker of all-time. I never ever got the opportunity to understand Jerry, however he was a hero to me and to numerous individuals, and he has an incredible household. Rest In Peace Jerry.”
Jarrett passed away of a cardiac arrest while going through treatment for esophageal cancer on February 14, 2023.
