Jake Hager reflected on what it resembled to work under a WWE agreement on a current podcast look. The previous Jack Swagger took a seat with his old coach and supervisor in the most recent edition of Story Time with Dutch Mantell. Hager exposed the important things that may get somebody blacklisted from WWE. Emphasizes of his remarks are listed below:
Talking about agreements or a union in WWE: “While I existed (in WWE), that resembled the four-letter word. Do not discuss your agreements, and do not discuss anything relating to a union, otherwise, you’ll get blacklisted. I saw it take place. Somebody … I can’t keep in mind precisely, however they were grumbling about something and they were discussing how we ought to all get together and get some power and I’m like, ‘It’s not that business.’ The most significant things with those WWE agreements are, they can cancel them anytime, and they’ve shown that they will, so what does it all actually suggest if you can’t depend on it? You sign your life away.”
How there are more alternatives for wrestler agreements now: “It shows the point that at that time, and even when I existed, we didn’t have any alternatives. There was just one video game in the area. Now we have AEW, so ideally, the competitors makes whatever much better for the entertainers. I believe you will see that with agreements since you have more choices and even overseas, they’re paying a little much better.”
