Booker T Reflects On Royal Rumble Performance– Being ‘Jobbed Out’ By Gunther

Two-time WWE Hall of Famer Booker T is delighted with his efficiency at last weekend’s WWE Royal Rumble Premium Live Event.

In the Men’s Royal Rumble match, Booker lasted and was the 21st entrant 42 seconds prior to being removed by Gunther.

Speaking on his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker discussed contending in his very first WWE match in over a years and had full marks for Gunther.

“It was freaking amazing. Gunther did a remarkable task making history. That person’s going to be a significant, significant gamer here for WWE for a long period of time. It was my honor to do the favor for him.

“I see silly individuals stating, ‘‘ Booker got jobbed out.’ I wish to state this openly so everybody can hear. I ‘d rather be jobbed out by Gunther than Gunther be jobbed out by me any day of the week.”

Gunther now holds the record for the longest time in a 30-Man Royal Rumble match, as the Austrian lasted over 71 minutes in the match.

The WWE Intercontinental Champion was the # 1 entrant and the last individual to be gotten rid of by ultimate winner Cody Rhodes.
