Nigel McGuinness Makes His First Public Comments Since WWE Release

After being launched by WWE last October, Nigel McGuinness waited till today to break his silence.

His departure came at a time when WWE altered its commentary groups.

McGuinness was a leading Ring of Honor star in the early days of the promo and dealt with the similarity Bryan Danielson, Takeshi Morishima, Austin Aries, Jay Briscoe, Tyler Black, and others. He is a previous ROH World Heavyweight and Pure Champion.

He later on had a run in Impact Wrestling prior to retiring in 2011. McGuinness signed with WWE back in 2016, where he worked as an analyst for NXT, NXT UK, Main Event, and 205 Live.

McGuinness made his very first public remarks by publishing the following on his Twitter account:
