WWE commemorated the late-Jay Briscoe throughout last night’s episode of SmackDown on FOX.
Briscoe passed away previously today in an auto accident near his house in Laurel, Delaware. He was 38.
On SmackDown, Michael Cole used acknowledgements to Jay’s household and acknowledged his tag group with his bro Mark.
“We want to send our acknowledgements to the household of Jay Briscoe. Jay died unexpectedly previously today. He and his bro Mark formed among wrestling’s excellent tag groups, and lots of in WWE are paying their aspects and sending their acknowledgements.”

After Briscoe’s death on Tuesday, Booker T likewise used acknowledgements throughout today’s episode of WWE NXT.
