IMPACT Wrestling viewership rose on August 12, one week after it sank to its second-lowest number of the year.

According to Wrestlenomics’ Brandon Thurston, 122,000 viewers watched IMPACT on Thursday night, a notable increase from the 103,000 who watched on August 5. Thursdays number is the show’s hightest since June 10, and it makes a 18% increase.

In the 18 to 49 demographic, the show drew approximately a 0.04 rating with 48,000 viewers. The rating is the same as last week, but the August 5 episode drew 58,000 viewers in the same demographic.

“Volatility in the demos is hard to make a lot of sense of since they’re low and determined by fewer samples,” Thurston states.

Impact Wrestling last night on AXS TV was watched by 122,000 viewers on average, the most since June 10 and up 18% from last week.

48,000 viewers were aged 18-49 (about a 0.04 rating).

This week’s show featured a surprising return from Madison Rayne and an equally surpising outcome when Bryan Myers earned a shot at the IMPACT World Championship.
