Despite weather concerns, Stephanie McMahon believes that “the show must go on.” Severe thunderstorms have hit Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Bay but despite the fans in attendance heading for the concourse, the boss’ daughter says the show will begin at it’s scheduled time.
Stephanie Tweeted out the following at 5:58 PM EST:
“Night One of #WrestleMania starts TONIGHT promptly at 8pm EST! Stream live exclusively on @peacockTV in the U.S. and on @WWENetwork everywhere else.”

Rain was in the forecast all day today and there have been concerns that WrestleMania 37 would not kick off at the scheduled time and lighting strikes have been in the area. The WWE Championship match between Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley are scheduled to open the show. With Lashley just winning the title and McIntyre not having the shot to defend the championship in front of a live crowd, this bout could indeed be electrifying.
