Shayna Baszler Helps Asuka Retain RAW Women’s Title Against Sasha Banks

At WWE SummerSlam, Asuka regained the WWE RAW Women’s Championship when she defeated Sasha Banks. The night night on RAW, Banks challenged Asuka in a rematch. The WWE RAW women’s division surrounded the ring to make it a Lumberjack Match. Asuka took control of the match early on. Banks accidentally took out the Riott Squad when she was aiming for Asuka. The champion fought her way through the lumberjacks, and Banks capitalized on the distraction. Banks got a near fall with a Frog Splash.

Bayley tried to get involved, but Shayna Baszler stopped her. Once again, due to Bayley’s lack of interference, Asuka defeated Banks; the champion made her tap out to the Asuka Lock.
