It looks like The Good Brothers in Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows will be headed to IMPACT Wrestling in the near future.
According to reports from Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet and Gary Cassidy of Sportskeeda, it seems as if both the former OC members would be making their way to IMPACT as their new wrestling residence. Satin initially reported Gallows and Anderson were in serious talks about joining the promotion, and Cassidy added that their signing with IMPACT is “pretty much a done deal.”
Cassidy also noted that their proposed deal would allow the team to work with New Japan Pro-Wrestling when possible, and it’s believed that content has even been recorded for IMPACT Plus despite the signing not being official yet.
On a related note, Gallows and Anderson have been teasing a “TalkNShopAMania” pay-per-view event as of late, with Cassidy noting that he was told content has been recorded for that as well. The news of Gallows and Anderson’s post-WWE plans of a potential side promotion was first alluded to in a June 2 episode of “Living The Gimmick” podcast with Jon Alba and Doug McDonald. Co-host Josh Isenberg said that fans should be on the lookout for a “PPV extravaganza coming in summer 2020” and that content already recorded may include some fun cameos.
