On a recent episode of “The Leafs Nation” podcast, Adam Copeland gave some new developments about the condition of his injured leg and possible comeback to AEW.
Copeland was injured in his leg after jumping from the top of a steel cage at the AEW Double or Nothing 2024 event. He maintains an optimistic outlook despite the severity of his injury, saying, “My brain forgets I’m 51, but my body quickly reminded me, yeah, you just jumped from 21 feet, asshole. That’s technically three stories. You’re 51, quit it. But I feel good. I’m ready to get back at it and to get busy again.”
Meanwhile, during an interview on “The Tonight Show“, Cody Rhodes shared his daughter’s unique perception of his wrestling career.
As per Rhodes, “Right there at WrestleMania 39, she was only 2 years old. Because her first experience in all this was WrestleMania, now we’re at 3 1⁄2, we’re talking a lot, a lot of phrases every time I come home, she’s under the impression that what I do for a living is WrestleMania. So just not a wrestler, not a different show. Every show is WrestleMania. I couldn’t have it any other way. Yeah, I’m going to WrestleMania, yeah.“
