Celeste Bonin, best known as Kaitlyn in the WWE, participated in the third season of WWE NXT in 2010. Recently, she opened up about the experience and how she felt when she found out she was being included in the show.

Kaitlyn was a part of the all-women season of NXT and during her guest appearance on “The A2theK Wrestling Show,” she talked about her surprise and excitement when she found out she had been chosen for the competition.

Here are some eye-catching moments from the podcast:

When discussing her emotions on learning she had been picked for the show, Kaitlyn confessed, “I had been there for weeks before I got the call to join. As soon as I heard the news, I broke into tears. I was consumed by a wave of emotions and intense excitement. However, fear was also part of it. I kept thinking, ‘I’m not ready. I have no idea about wrestling. I had recently joined.’ I hadn’t even fought a match or owned a pair of wrestling boots. It was overwhelming.”

As for her growth during her early years with WWE, she shared, “My tenure in WWE, particularly at the beginning, was massively influential and helped shape who I am today. The transformation I underwent during this period is something I attribute a lot of my current self to.”

During a recent episode of the “Cheap Heat with Peter Rosenberg” podcast, WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio talked about a possible reunion with his son, Dominik Mysterio. He expressed,

“It’s a desire every father has – to reconnect with their children and finish on a high note. Whether it’ll happen or not, I can’t say. People change over time, sometimes for better and sometimes for worse. I hope one day, Dominik will recognise the advantages of being on the Mysterio side and appreciate the value of family. However, it’s going to be tough.”
