In a recent episode of “The Babyfaces Podcast,” Robert Stone, an emerging talent in WWE NXT, shared his experiences about the ECW-themed edition of WWE NXT. He also talked about his memorable encounter with Rhino (Rhyno).

When asked about his interaction with Rhino, Stone revealed an intriguing past connection: “For my inaugural live match in TNA, which took place in the 2300 Arena in 2010, I had to face Rhino. Fourteen years onwards, it’s quite poetic that he is still goring me in the same place. The event became a reunion of sorts, as I got to reconnect with Dawn Marie, who is from my hometown, and my friends – Francine, Nunzio, and the Dudleys. It felt good to see my old colleagues gaining recognition and visibility. It was a remarkable evening and I wish this becomes a yearly tradition.”
Regarding the ECW-themed NXT, Stone had much appreciation: “The show was a resounding success that stirred up quite a lot of intrigue and exhilaration. It debunked the commonly experienced feeling of ‘it wasn’t that good.’ The episode was terrific – keeping the audience engaged throughout, ensuring they got their value for money and left in anticipation of more. It seems the sentiment resonated with everyone else too.”
