Wrestler Bobby Lashley openly stated that he thinks Ricochet would be a perfect match for The Hurt Syndicate, a professional wrestling group.
Lashley made his statement during his guest appearance on the “Lame Guys Podcast.” He was questioned whether he could foresee Ricochet joining their group in the future. In response, Lashley said:
“We’re considering putting up an ad on Indeed. I’m a huge fan of Ricochet. He’s beloved by many. When you watch his wrestling stunts, they’re just incredible. In my opinion, Ricochet would be a brilliant addition. However, I’m uncertain if he’s the one. Does he have the spirit for it? We’ve inquired on several occasions, and he continually affirms, ‘Yes, I do.’ Most wrestlers say it though. The fascinating thing about him is that he’s in the same boat as I was. I was a well-known babyface. Even now, people perceive me as a babyface. But when I’m with the Hurt Business and collaborate with MVP, people perceive me as a heel. It assists me as having a heel manager often makes the conversion easier from a babyface. Look at Roman (Reigns) and Paul (Heyman).”
Lashley continued saying, “Ricochet potentially could fit. His approach would bring a distinct flair to the group. That’s what we did with Cedric. His moves are so fancy and showy, so we asked him to just punch his opponent straight in the face. Nonetheless, I still root for Lio. Lio would be a magnificent addition to the group as well. Either of them would make an extraordinary addition to the group.”
