In the lead up to AEW Full Gear 2024, Tony Khan is appreciative of the productive cooperation with the Costco Guys.
On a media call this Thursday, the president of AEW expressed his satisfaction and highlighted the import insights he obtained from the Costco Guys in the area of marketing.
It has been confirmed that AJ, one of the Costco Guys, will be pitted against QT Marshall in the Zero Hour pre-show of AEW Full Gear 2024 scheduled for this weekend.
In Khan’s words, “I’ve had an enriching experience. I have been able to learn more about marketing and entrepreneurship from AJ and Justice of the Costco Guys. It’s always a pleasant time interacting with them. I’m scheduled to be on Fox Business Network tomorrow discussing our fruitful collaboration with Big Boom AJ. They’ve successfully built a well-respected brand and I deeply admire their family dynamics. The idea of a father and son team working harmoniously is attractive to many, both in America and internationally.”
He further shared, “Their positive attitude and familial unity is commendable and fascinating. Witnessing the growth of Justice and the Rizzler is truly heartwarming. AEW’s recognition on the highly esteemed Tonight Show was thrilling, thanks to the affiliations Big Boom AJ and Big Justice established. The Rizzler’s presence in AEW and the partnerships established are excitingly complimentary.”
As noted earlier on eWn, CM Punk, in a recent interview, declared that he squandered some of his matches during his time in AEW.
An exchange on Twitter resulted in QT Marshall debunking a user’s claim that Punk wasted a match on Marshall himself, he contended that it was Punk’s preference to face him.
The user’s contention was, “I’m certain punk didn’t desire a fleeting, 5-minute match with qt Marshall for thanksgiving.””
Marshall contested, “He expressly made the request to my boss for it. ‘I’d appreciate wrestling a villain in my hometown who’s not selfishly trying to gain popularity with the audience.’”
The Twitter exchange can be viewed below:
He unmistakably made the request to my boss.
‘I’d appreciate wrestling a villain in my hometown who’s not selfishly trying to gain popular.””
