Former WWE star, Nikki Garcia (also known as Nikki Bella), and her estranged husband Artem Chigvintsev have reached a settlement in their divorce case. Their divorce proceedings seem to have wrapped up swiftly.
Previously in September, eWn relayed the information that the WWE Hall of Fame honoree pursued a divorce from Chigvintsev following his arrest for accusations of severe domestic battery. Nevertheless, the charges corresponding to this event never officially materialized against Chigvintsev.
According to a report by TMZ, last month saw Garcia and Chigvintsev participating in mediation, which has since led to a resolution. This arguably efficient approach was chosen in the light of the substantial expenses inevitable in case they decided to engage their attorneys. Despite their decision to withdraw any active restraining orders against each other, it is clear that their relationship remains strained.
A spokesperson for Garcia offered the following words, “Nikki’s number one priority has always been her son and privacy on the matter. She is thankful for all of the love and support she has received during this difficult time.”
