Ex-WWE Star Celeste “Kaitlyn” Bonin expressed her interest in making a comeback to WWE, albeit under an exciting and creative premise.
Bonin, absent from the WWE scene for nearly five years, recently appeared on the “A2theK Wrestling Show”. During the chat, she was asked about the likelihood of her participating in the women’s Royal Rumble match. Her response was,
“It’s all contextual. I’m always open to engaging with something that’s unique and fun. If it’s appealing and makes sense, I’m all in. A few years back, I attended a Royal Rumble where the possibility of participation was on the table, however, it didn’t materialize.”
She furthered on, “My life on a whole has taken a different course now. WWE is deeply ingrained in my identity and I’m always keen to engage with things that make sense, that are exciting and novel. It just hasn’t unfolded that way as of yet. But yes, I’m always prepared to seize an opportunity that allows something to coincide or to make sense once more. Always open to that.”
The next WWE Royal Rumble pay-per-view event is scheduled for February 1st, 2025 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Recently, Goldberg revisited a past incident when he had headbutted a concrete wall as part of his pre-match routine.
While he was a guest on Ernest “The Cat” Miller and Ray Keziah’s “The Cat’s Corner” podcast, Goldberg reflected on the moment and his immediate thoughts afterward. He stated,
“Nothing much, just ‘Why didn’t I feel it first? You’d think my martial arts training would have taught me better. It’s a known fact that before you strike a bag in the gym, you always make sure to touch it. Because it could be one of those 400-pound bags made of concrete meant to toughen your shins or for other purpose. Certainly not the one to go all out on with full force kicks.”
