WWE usually unveils a fresh logo, intro sequence, and theme song every time one of its TV programs transitions to a different network. This held true when NXT shifted to CW and also when SmackDown relocated to USA Network, and it seems the same approach applies for Monday Night Raw as it’s launching on Netflix on January 6th.

As seen above, the new logo for WWE Raw is being introduced, which was first showcased during the Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul bout recently.

The updated logo retains some of the distinctive elements of the previous design with its red coloring and the familiar razor blade aesthetic. However, this novel design has a significantly concave bottom, making it unique, with the letter R being distinctly distorted.

In all honesty, I deeply dislike this new design and fail to comprehend how it managed to survive the initial selection process or come out on top of the other numerous alternatives.

In my opinion, it doesn’t appear to spell out RAW as clearly— it could be misread as EAW or BAW. This critique is, of course, purely my own.
