Wrestler Darby Allin has expressed his desire to engage in a thrilling vehicular act live on television at some point.
While having a conversation with Chaz & AJ on 99.1 PLR, Allin shared his aspiration to leap a car over a number of buses once he returns from scaling Mt. Everest.

Concerning his expectations for the feat: “Indeed, this is a massive thing that I really aim to accomplish upon my return from Everest. I envisage a live exhilarating act on television in which I leap over a line-up of buses with a car. Such a spectacle should be reinstituted in the broadcast world; like a daring cliffhanger, ‘Will he meet his end?’ [Laughs]”
Concerning his inclination towards live television: “Why should it be otherwise… Live television opens up possibilities. My previous leap with a Jeep over my own house spanned 96 feet. However, that was without any landing ramp – the landing was on mobile home trailers instead. I want this new challenge to be outside my home, at a public venue, such as an arena parking lot. The parking lot of the arena could be cordoned off, with an array of buses set out for me to jump over. This would provide a live spectacle for the crowd, encouraging some to step outside and watch the event unfold live.”
An all-star eight-man tag team match is anticipated for the upcoming episode of AEW Dynamite.
Tony Khan, President of AEW, divulged on Twitter on Friday that Will Ospreay, Powerhouse Hobbs, Ricochet, and Mark Davis will combat Konosuke Takeshita, Brian Cage, Kyle Fletcher, and Lance Archer of the Don Callis Family in the Wednesday showdown.
