During Tuesday’s U.S presidential elections, Jake Hager took to Twitter to express some intense emotions.
During his irate and now-erased Twitter tirade, Hager, popularly known as the former WWE’s Jack Swagger, denoted AEW President, Tony Khan, as a “communist” for threatening to fire him unless he stopped endorsing Donald Trump.
Upon receiving backlash over his backing for the convicted lawbreaker, Hager’s rage was unleashed on wrestling enthusiasts.
In several tweets that have since been taken down, Hager made attempts to enlighten fans regarding abortion and shared a parody piece regarding the elections with the hopes of upsetting “all the communists.”
Hager’s list of removed tweets comprises of the following,
“I adore professional wrestling enthusiasts who believe they’re learned”
“Wrestling followers tend to trust in the reality of the information they are given … hilarious.”
When Hager was confronted by a fan who drew the attention of “TK” and Bryan Danielson, Hager sharply replied:
“Tony Khan is a person who threatened my employment if I didn’t cease promoting Trump. He is a communist.”
“Would you like confirmation that @TonyKhan is a communist and threatened me into silence?”
Notably, none of Hager’s now missing posts received a response from Khan.

Meanwhile, Blitzkrieg Pro! has extricated Hager from participating in their show scheduled for December 14th. The company made the following announcement:
“Jake Hagar will not be making an appearance on December 14th in Enfield, CT.”
“Given the unwillingness of sponsors to collaborate with him, we believe it is in the best interests of our team and supporters.
“We will promptly secure a replacement, but here are a few confirmed appearances:
