Pro-wrestler Adam Cole believes that both he and Roderick Strong are ready to take on MJF in the forthcoming AEW Full Gear 2024.
On the recent Wednesday show of AEW Dynamite, Cole emerged victorious over Malakai Black, thus securing his second out of the required three wins needed for a match against MJF in the pay-per-view event.
In the aftermath of the bout, Cole made the declaration that Strong might also be included in the battle if they both manage to attain three wins.
Of significance to mention is that it is anticipated that Malakai Black’s current contract with AEW will expire at the conclusion of this year.
In the Dynamite match featuring Cole and Black, Black initiated the finish, opting for a hug with Cole post-match instead of the traditional handshake. Backstage whispers suggested that this was a farewell of sorts.
According to Fightful Select, rumours have been swirling backstage that Black might possibly exit the show towards the end of 2024 or the start of 2025. The choice of renewal years for Black rests with AEW.
In a revelation made by AEW President Tony Khan in 2022, Black was reportedly under contract for five years, a claim that Black refutes.
