On the “Impaulsive” podcast by Logan Paul, professional wrestler Liv Morgan spoke about how wrestling became her haven in the course of a difficult childhood. Here are a few outstanding moments from the podcast:

Addressing her childhood as a WWE enthusiast, Morgan said, “From the age of 5, I was a fan of WWE, inspired by my four older brothers who were fans themselves. Their interest in WWE influenced me, as I wanted to be like them. My tumultuous and disorderly home environment made WWE my escape, in essence.”

On the subject of wrestling as her refuge, Morgan said, “I’m aware others say this too, but it truly didn’t matter what upheaval was happening in my home, what objects were being tossed around or broken, or even if the police showed up, watching WWE on my television was my salvation. I fell head over heels for it immediately — the drama, the excitement, and the intensity.”

In a separate occasion on the “Stay Busy” podcast, Trick Williams expressed thoughts about potentially reuniting with Carmelo Hayes, drawing parallels with The Usos’ recent regrouping. Hayes betrayed Williams during their spell in NXT and has since moved onto WWE’s main roster.

Expressing his feelings on the situation, Williams said, “It kind of feels like I’m in Jey’s shoes here. I specifically remember Jey saying, ‘We can collaborate, but the dynamic has changed now.’ That rings true to me. Jey confessed that he is done with being merely a ‘yes man’. I empathize with that sentiment – those days of saying ‘yes’ to everything are over for me too. Will there be a Trick and Melo team again, definitely. However, can we revert back to how it used to be? I’ve evolved and I can’t fit myself back in that box.”

In other news, the latest episode of WWE Speed saw both Bron Breakker and Sheamus run out of the competition due to a time-limit draw in the second round. The upcoming bout between Akira Tozawa and Dragon Lee will determine Andrade’s next challenger for the WWE Speed Title.
