Earlier this week, eWn received confirmation from WWE that Rhea Ripley is currently in recovery due to a broken orbital bone, pulling her out of action for an undetermined period. The storyline has her stepping back due to an assault from Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez in the WWE NXT parking lot on a recent Tuesday night.

Reports from Pwinsider suggest that the injury actually occurred during an episode of WWE RAW on October 21st. Apparently, Ripley was injured after engaging in an intense headbutt collision with Rodriguez and Morgan. She did not feature in the RAW episode on the 28th of October. Sources indicated that the NXT filming was conducted late and specifically chose Orlando to avoid making Ripley travel.

Ripley will be noticeably absent at the WWE RAW TV tapings this Sunday in Saudi Arabia. The time frame for the return of the popular wrestler, affectionately known as “Mami”, to WWE television screens remains unknown at this stage.
