Former professional wrestler and World Champion of WWE, Dave Bautista, has been confirmed for a new, leading role in a high-profile film. The Hollywood Reporter has shared that Bautista will join the cast of “Alpha Gang,” a comedy directed by the Zellner Brothers about a mock alien invasion.
The film’s unique storyline features a group of aliens disguised as a 1950s biker gang, who are planning to conquer Earth. However, their plans go astray as they have to learn to comprehend and control new emotions.
Channing Tatum of “Jump Street”, Steven Yeun from “The Walking Dead”, Zoë Kravitz from “The Batman”, and Léa Seydoux from the “James Bond” franchise are also confirmed to join the cast.
Bautista has been part of several well-known film franchises throughout his acting career, which include the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Blade Runner, Knives Out, and even James Bond.
