On feeling overwhelmed just prior to the incident: “There was a moment…before I went out that I was like ‘Oh my God.’ I knew it was time to move on.”

On her method of destroying the buddies: “It was definitely peculiar…they actually customized an axe for me. To this day, I’m not sure why they didn’t just give me a real axe.”

In another episode of the “Insight” podcast, WWE Hall of Famer The Godfather shared his experience of going through knee and hip replacement surgeries. He also discussed his diet modifications aimed at weight loss.

Here are some highlights from The Godfather’s the podcast:

The Godfather’s reflections on his knee and hip surgeries: “Over the last year, I’ve gone through both hip and knee replacement surgeries. I was around 310/312 [pounds] when I started this journey, and now I’m down to 245/250. Not only do I feel fantastic, but I’ve really revamped how I eat, not to mention when and what I eat. My entire lifestyle has undergone significant changes.”

On his current diet routine: “I’m trying to consume less sugar, cut down on my carb intake, stop eating by 5 PM, and not start eating until 10 AM. I also limit my Jack Daniels shots unless I’m in Taker’s company. I no longer prefer bread or fast-food, and it’s not because they’re unhealthy, but rather because I’ve developed a dislike for red meat as I age. Even if it’s grass-fed … I don’t like the way it tastes anymore; it no longer rouses my appetite.”
