Bobby Lashley has expressed his admiration for Karrion Kross’ wrestling abilities and insists the WWE should be giving him more airtime.
In a 2024 feud dubbed Pride vs. Final Testament, Lashley and Kross were embroiled in a Street Fight that took place at the 40th WrestleMania.
While participating in a K&S virtual signing session, Lashley, alias the Almighty One, complimented his ex-opponent saying,
“I genuinely believe Karrion Kross is exceptional. I’m loathed to admit it in light of the numerous interviews where he attempted to disparage me. However, I still hold him in high regard. He has all the attributes of a great wrestler. His size, wrestling prowess, and appearance place him in a league of his own. He has the potential to dominate and I firmly believe that he deserves more recognition than he’s currently getting.”
Lashley added, “He’s the perfect antagonist to go up against Cody or Gunther. I believe the title belt would suit him well. In my eyes, he is a standout. I think he should be on his own. Although AOP is quite impressive, Kross doesn’t need them. He, along with his wife, can be a formidable duo, whereas AOP can independently showcase their proficiency.”
Trick Williams recently appeared on the “Happy Hour” podcast where he touched on various subjects, including the people he turns to for advice in WWE NXT.
Williams revealed, “At this point in my career, I’m sincerely thinking that going to Shawn is the best move for me. I need advice from individuals who would not only motivate me but also tell me the harsh reality when necessary. Those individuals would be Shawn Michaels, Terry Taylor, Booker T, and surprisingly, CM Punk.”
Williams further added, “Having CM Punk around has proven to be a blessing. He’s been extremely supportive. I would definitely suggest these four names.”
