Following NXT’s recent switch to the CW Network, WWE is enjoying a continuous upswing in growth.
This budding partnership has already produced three episodes and is set to broadcast a special episode next month from the cradle of ECW. The anticipation for this event has been so high that all pre-sale tickets got snapped up instantly.
WWE made a recent revelation about filming an NXT brand episode at the iconic 2300 Arena in Philadelphia on November 6. Because of the widespread coverage of the US presidential election the night before, this special episode is slated to go live on Wednesday, coinciding with AEW Dynamite.
WrestleTix supplied data showing that the pre-sale for the highly-anticipated November 6th NXT episode started sharp at noon ET/9 am PT on October 22, on 2300arena.com. Within a scant twenty minutes, the entire pre-sale was wrapped up with no tickets left for purchase, pointing to the incredibly high demand for the show.
