It could easily pass for a pipe to smoke Borkum Riff (pipe tobacco) at first glance. Scott started to burn it; we were just about to stuff it into the pipe when, unexpectedly, a Bobby (British slang for a police officer) appeared from around the corner. He asked, ‘What in the world are you doing there? Are you bloody mucking around?’”
Reflecting on how the situation managed to resolve itself, Nash shared, “The police officer looked at us and curtly told us to ‘Piss off!’ We were staying at a Holiday Inn in the Kensington neighborhood. We simply scurried off to a nearby park, sat down and smoked there before heading back in.”
