Wrestler Raj Dhesi recently spoke on “The TakeDown”, featured in Sports Illustrated, where he detailed his experiences in WWE, including the times when match decisions were changed abruptly under the command of Vince McMahon. In his words, “In those days, everything was more chaotic. Decisions could change at any time. I remember when I became the number one contender after winning the Six Pack Challenge Match before Randy Orton. I was supposed to deliver a certain promo, which had been prepared and approved beforehand. I had it memorized, but surprisingly, just 15-20 minutes before the match, the promo was completely changed by Vince. They handed over the new promo right in the gorilla position while I was getting amped up for the fight.”

Dhesi went on to further mention, “In that time, the scripts for the show were composed on the day of the show itself. Changes would be made until moments before the show, or sometimes even during the show. I even recall a match I was in where they changed the final result mid-match. It was a showdown between myself and the Singh Brothers against Lucha House Party and Kalisto. Although initially we were meant to win, at some point the referee notified us that the decision had been altered.”

In other news, TNA Wrestling has shared the benefits for people holding front row and second-row tickets for Bound For Glory 2024. Excitement is mounting for the back-to-back shows in Detroit on October 26th-27th, with the main event – Bound For Glory – scheduled at the Wayne State University Fieldhouse on Saturday.

To explain the perks, TNA Wrestling revealed a special package for visitors holding Power Slam Front-Row tickets and Suplex Second-Row tickets. These include a fixed seat for both nights, commemorative chairs as a memento, and various photo-op moments with stars like Nic Nemeth, Jordynne Grace, Joe Hendry, Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy. Furthermore, the package includes a BFG/TNA Swag Bag full of TNA merchandise, early entry to the arena, and a discount code for TNAMerch.com.

Post-show meet and greet sessions will be available for all fans. Attendees will include Jordynne Grace, Joe Hendry, The Rascalz, Matt & Jeff Hardy, and Rosemary. It should be noted that TNA hasn’t offered take-home commemorative chairs in over ten years.
