Nick Khan, President of WWE, recently confirmed that a brand-new behind-the-scenes docuseries on WWE is in the pipeline with Netflix. Khan made this revelation at the Next Level Sports Conference hosted by the University of Southern California.

In this newly forged partnership between Netflix and WWE, the new docuseries will play a significant role. As reported earlier by eWn, viewers will be introduced to WWE RAW on Netflix for the first time in January 2025.

Notably, a show named “Mr. McMahon” presently ranks among the top 20 most viewed shows on Netflix. The creation of this docuseries did not involve WWE and it was produced by Bill Simmons.

The extent of involvement of WWE in this soon-to-be-released docuseries has not been disclosed yet.

Nick Khan, President of WWE, recently announced that Netflix is set to produce a new behind-the-scenes documentary series on WWE. The declaration was made at the University of Southern California Next Level Sports Conference. This initiative is part of the ongoing collaboration between the two entertainment giants. As previously reported, beginning January 2025, WWE RAW is anticipated to be broadcasted on Netflix.

Currently, the “Mr. McMahon” documentary series is among the top 20 most-watched shows on Netflix. WWE didn’t have a role in creating this series, as it was made by producer Bill Simmons.

Currently, it’s unclear how much participation WWE will have in the production of this new docuseries.
